Production line composing:
I. SS-1 Straightening device before forming machine
This device is mainly used before each forming machine for the
straightening of banded wires. There have many pairs of bolts in
the top, which can be used for the regulation of tuning rollers to
ensure the straightness of banded wires during the begin of machine
running. The straightening rollers are driven by 0.75KW motor and
chain transmission.
II. S-FTH High quality brad nails forming machine for 18GA
High pressure hydraulic liquid circulation is used, which have low
noise and few malfunction. The electric diagram adopt PLC
concentrate control. Prolong delivery device is also fixed and can
collect the nails automatically.
