Product Description
1. Description of GT3-6 Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine Wire Mesh Welding Machine automatic cattle fence mesh machine in
high speed.
GT3-6 straight cutting machine is a high quality equipment which is
absorb advanced technology in domestic and foreign. Its general
layout is as following:
1. Chief body of straightening and cutting machine:
1)Chief body of straightening and cutting machine is composed of
wire clamping device, straightening device, cutting device and
transmission structure.
2)Machine frame is welded by profiled bars and steel plates.
3)High speed rotate type straightening roller is used for wire
straightening, it's driven by motor.
4)There have 10pcs straightening moulds inside straightening
roller. According to wire diameter range, there have three sets for
replace.
5)Totally have 2sets wire clamping device, which are separately
installed at front and back of straightening roller, steel wire is
pressed by pneumatic. Air pressure will reduce during wire cutting
process to reduce the abrasion of clamping wheel onto wire surface.
The straightening and clamping are driven by 7.5KW motor.
6)3KW Servo motor is used to offer rotating power for cutting
device.
2. Wire falling track:
Wire falling track is composed of straight wire track, length
position device, transmission structure for wire falling and wire
loading frame.
1)The straight wire track have three troughs. Use different trough
according to different wire diameter to ensure the accuracy of
length straightening.
2)Length position device is fixed at end of track for the length
inspection under the impulsion of steel wire, which have simple
structure but accuracy position.
3)Transmission structure for wire falling is driven by cam motion
on wire cutting shaft, have wire falling while wire cutting.
4)Wire loading frame is composed of many independent bended plates.
5)The falling wire track is designed with 3meters mould, can have
split joint according to requirements.
3. Pay-off
1)This pay-off is composed of bottom seat, supporting shaft, wire
loading disc and brake device.
2)Bottom seat is welded by profiled bars, which need big space and
enhanced the stable of pay-off device.
3)Wire loading disc is welded by steel plates, whose loading
capacity is 1.0Ton.
4)Pneumatic driven type brake is fixed at bottom of support shaft,
which can control the rotating speed of pay-off according to actual
situation. It can stop the pay-off when chief machine stop running.
